Job Description

Responsible for researching, analyzing and documenting the tax decisions in company products, Identifies new opportunities for existing clients. Develops comprehensive and influential documentation to support client benefit, has to partner with governmental agencies for key legislative changes to enhance business offerings. The tax counsel has to be current on changes impacting practice area. Handles research to uncover opportunities for the benefit of the client.

Required Qualification:  LLB/ LLM / BCom / MCom

Essential Responsibilities

·         Responsible for researching, analyzing and documenting the tax decisions in company products

·         Builds and manages positive relationships with government agencies, industry groups and alliances

·         Identifies new opportunities for existing clients and Consults on pricing decisions

·         Writes, negotiates and/or reviews contracts

·         Develops comprehensive and influential documentation to support client benefit
