Screening and Selection Services [SASS] is a part of National Account Services. SASS is primarily into assisting clients for their hiring purposes. This is done by performing reference checks [Outbound and Inbound] on the prospective employees of our client companies thereby helping our clients to recruit best of the work force.
The Job Description is as below:
FRESHERS: Associate Customer Service Representative - Voice
- Fresh B.Com, BA, BHM and B.Sc graduates (2009 batch only)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical skills.
- Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
- Willing to work in late night shifts
- Flexible to stretch as per business requirements.
EXPERIENCED: Customer Service Representative - Voice
- 13-36 months of experience in providing Inbound / Outbound Voice support to International Call Centers via telephone
- Effectively answer inbound telephone calls from US clients related to healthcare.
- Good decision maker.
- Flexible to work in late night shifts
The following candidates need not apply:
- BE / B.Tech / MCA/ MBA
- Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company.
- Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience
- Candidates who have applied in the last 6 months
