Experienced in Ethernet Switching Technologies (VLANs, LACP, Link Aggregation, etc.)

Description:
Candidate will be part of System test team. He/She will be responsible for testing various routing and switching protocols. His/Her responsibility includes writing test plans, executing and automating the same.
Requirements:
Excellent understanding of Ethernet and TCP/IP protocol.
Experience in testing switching protocols like STP, RSTP, MSTP or PVST+
Experience in testing routing protocols like OSPF, ISIS or BGP
Experience in using third party test equipment like IXIA
Hands on experience on Cisco and Juniper switches and routers.
Experience in testing multicast protocols like PIM-SM, IGMP, MLD and MSDP is an added advantage

Job Description: Technical Lead – Testing
The candidate will be responsible for testing, validation and automation of different features of a networking device. The candidate is expected to play a lead role in setting the testing and automation strategy of the testing team for a complicated feature rich enterprise networking device deployed by many Tier-1 service providers.
The candidate must have a BE or equivalent educational qualification with at least 8 years of experience in testing more that one of the following technologies: IPv4/IPv6 Routing Protocols, IPSEC VPN, WAN, VOIP, Layer 2 Protocols, QOS, NAT, Security. The candidate must be familiar with traffic generators and performance testing tools and must have strong prior experience in scripting in one or more of the following : TCL/Expect/PERL
10) Routing Protocol Development Engineer- Staff Engineer
Design, develop, and maintain IP routing and MPLS signaling software as part of a strong and dynamic Routing Protocols team.
Requires a B.E. or M.E. in CS/EC/IS.
4 – 12 years of experience in related area
Excellent design, C/C++ programming and debugging skills and a strong systems programming background are required.
Familiarity with basic networking concepts and TCP/IP is required.
Experience in at least one routing and signaling protocols such as BGP, OSPF, ISIS, LDP, MPLS, BFD, PIM, IGMP or RSVP is required.
