The candidate must have minimum 10+ years of experience in development and implementation of Network Inventory products for a Telco or an Asset Management solution for a Power Distribution Utility. Out of which minimum 3 years of experience into managing the projects. Since the job requires engagement with the customer, the candidate is expected to have strong communication and presentation skills. The candidate must have proven experience in leading large development teams and delivering projects successfully. Experience on one of the quality models like ISO / CMM is a must. A professional certification like PMP, ITIL is a big plus. Selected program manager is required to work in Malaysia for a long-term assignment and Project Managers are required to work in Hyderabad or anywhere in India.
