We have requirements in EBS (Enterprise Business Solutions) and SFDC (Sales Force Dot Com) 

EBS Functional Testers

Number of Position (2) :

Exp: 2 - 4 years of experience on Oracle CRM Modules as Techno-Functional /Oracle EBS Testing

Role Specific Qualifications:

Should have strong functional knowledge and hands on experience in Technical for at least 3 modules, and should comfortable on Testing.

·         Oracle Service Contracts

·         Oracle Install Base

·         Order Management

·         Account Receivables

·         PL/SQL

Tools (Knowledge should be advantage):

Discoverer
Proficient in the creation and management of Test plans, Test procedures,

Test Script and Test Cases as well as in management of Testing cycles

Soft Skills – 

•         Ability to be proactive and Individually

•         Ability to ask questions and feels comfortable asking questions in front of and to the client and co-workers

•         Excellent ability to be a problem solver and not afraid to ask for assistance

•         Ability to properly size up an application from a technical and testing perspective in order to give feedback on how and what to test.

•         Show enthusiasm for the job and provide feedback on the job when asked by the client

•         Must feel comfortable interacting with the client one on one and in a team like environment

SFDC.

Number of Positions (1):

Required: 3-5 Years exp in Testing. Minimum 2-3 year's exp in SFDC.

SFDC Required Skills:

•Must be having knowledge on SFDC Architecture, SFDC concepts.

•Strong experience on Integration Testing between SFDC with other applications.

•Should have experience on writing complex SQL queries.

•Hands on experience with SFDC PRM, Sales and Call center applications

•Thorough knowledge on SFDC UI concepts

•Should have experience on SFDC Reports and Dashboard functionalities.

•Should be able to create new Views and UI Layout.

•Should have knowledge on User Creation and Permissions(Administration).

•Should be able to analyze the requirements and understand the business process

•Able to work individually.

•Knowledge of software QA processes, methodologies, and statistical analysis.

•Experience in writing and executing test plans, test cases based on the requirements and design documents.

•Ability to review software designs and implementation strategies, provide feedback and create test documents based on specifications.

•Experience with Relational Databases like Oracle, SQL Server.

•Should know defect management process.

•Strong communication & presentation skills.
