We are looking for Plant Engineering Resource for HOME PDU (Engineering Vertical) at our Hyderabad office.

Electrical and Instrumentation Engineers (Job Code: E&I)
Experienced electrical engineers with plant design background preferably from major Engineering/EPC organizations. The candidate should be conversant with Single Line and three line diagrams, Power distribution equipment design, Protection systems and equipment design, Short circuit and transient analysis (ETAP), Knowledge of IEEE and IEC standards, Cable sizing and raceway loading, Instrument loop layout diagrams, Elementary wiring diagrams, Tubing routing design and drawings, Loading component/sensor attributes into Smart Plant Foundation database, Raceway support design and drawings
Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 3 to 10 Years

Piping Stress Analysis and Support Design Engineers (Job Code: PSD)
Require Piping stress analysts with power plant background.  The candidate should have hands on experience on flexibility calculation, stress analysis under static and dynamic conditions, assessment of logical support locations for optimum stresses, design the support hardware (using the stress analysis support calculations), checking for interferences with adjacent structures and documentation. Knowledge of ASME 31.1 code and ASTM and ASME material properties is essential.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering
Experience: 3 to 10 Years

Civil Structural Engineers (Job Code: CS)
Require Civil structural engineers with power plant background and experience in design of concrete and steel structures, materials and modular construction techniques. Knowledge in ACI and AISC standards is essential. Responsibilities include performance of structural integrity calculations in ANSYS and GTStrudl computer codes, performing global and local structural evaluations, sizing of structural shapes – plate, beam and various support structures. Working knowledge with 3D models and engineering databases is essential. Knowledge of structural modules design that is traditionally used in off shore platforms and petro-chemical industry is desirable.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Instrumentation & Control Engineers (Job Code: I&C)
Require Electronics and Instrumentation engineers with Power Plant Automation experience. The candidates should have worked on DCS (any standard COTS product), design and implementation.  Knowledge and experience with different fieldbus systems and protocols is absolutely necessary.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
Experience: 3 to 15 years

PDS Administrator (Job Code:PDSA)
Experience in administering PDS and providing PDS application support, including Piping Designer, Equipment Modeler, Interference Manager, Design Review Integrator, Reference Database (Specifications), Report Manager, Isogen, Drawing Manager, Frameworks Plus, EE_Raceway, OrthoGen and, Eden code creation for piping and equipment. Experience is also required in producing user documentation for the purposes of work force training and standardization of practices. In addition, candidates must be willing and able to work in PDS Piping Designer and PDS Equipment Modeler to create and revise PDS models in order to complete plant design.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related educational discipline
Experience: 5 to 10 Years

PDS designers and drafters (Job Code: PDSDD)
3D modeling of Equipment, Structures Cable trays and pipe routing based on P&ID’s and change request in Power Plant environment. Should have got hands on experience in:
Develop standard sets structural, mechanical and electrical components for implementation in Intergraph PDS including FrameWorks Plus and Smart Plant Foundation libraries. Confirm design fit-ups, interferences, clearances, manufacturability, and installability, using 3D modeling/drafting tools. Provide input to engineering with respect to design integrity, drafting standards, cost-effective changes, etc. Perform calculations and/or data summaries to support design process.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or DME
Experience: 3 to 10 years

Project engineers - Configuration Information Management System (Job Code: CIMS)
Responsibility is to develop software for planning, developing, and implementing EPC Configuration Information Management System (CIMS), and interfaces with project-specific site information management systems. Should be able to lead or work on specific project work packages and tasks related to the development of work processes and software solutions. This include managing work packages and tasks associated with defining CIMS design and configuration management content (documents, drawings, and data), and defining and developing associated processes for populating, managing, and using this content. This position will also be responsible for facilitating work with various information sources and users.
Experience in performing information management and database system design and development with emphasis in analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance; proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Access, Oracle, XML and Database SQL. Working experience with Intergraph PDS and its modules, Smart Plant Foundation and SAP Crystal Reports, WEB-Based interface development and object-oriented relational design and software development (C# and VB.Net) is needed. Previous experience in project managing software development, database and GUI development, 6-sigma and LEAN process experience and PMP certification is preferred.
Job Qualifications: B.E. Degree in a related educational discipline and 3 to 10 years of related experience

Supply Chain support engineers (Job Code: SCS)
With strong exposure in sourcing from Indian & International market for Power Plant EPC companies and assist with technical evaluations, technical inputs to RFQ process, technical bid evaluations, interpretation of the specification requirements, review of design and manufacturing drawings, review of installation and maintenance requirements and manufacturing oversight. These engineers should be experienced with the manufacturers and expertise in sourcing of Mechanical equipment (pumps, valves, heat exchangers, vessels, tanks, HVAC components) and Electrical equipment (power distribution equipment, transformers, switchgear/MCC, panels etc.) is required. Additionally they should have the knowledge of ASME, ANSI, IEEE, IEC and Indian design standards.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5 to 10 years

Job Location: Hyderabad

Note: For all the above positions, experience in Power Plant Domain is a must.
