  • JOB PROFILE: Project Head – Maintainenance.
  • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 4 or more years in Handling Maintainence of Projects that has Server Management, Data Management and Equipment Maintainence in the field for a state wide implementation. Experience of working on Govt. Projects is desirable.
  • MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Graduate (Preferably a Technical Graduate). Add-on Post Graduate Qualification in PGDBM will be preferable.
  • SALARY: At par with Industry Standards

Details of Job-Profile Requirement:
  • NCPL is looking for a Project Head – Maintainenance.
  • The Location of the Position will be at Hyderabad and the Project Head is expected to manage the complete Maintainence of 1200 Weather Station that are deployed across the State of Andra Pradesh at various geographical locations.
  • Should familiar with Operating the Project within the agreed “Service Level Agreements”.
  • The Project Head should be able to handle a team of District Supervisors and Field Service Engineers, who would directly report to him. Implementing the Preventive & Predictive Maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability of equipments installed in the field across Andra Pradesh State in Rural and Urban Setups will be the prime job of the Project Head.
  • Execute the Service Level Agreement with strict adherence to the Preventive Maintainence Visit Schedule.
  • Should be able to handle a team size of 25 to 50 Service Staff that includes Product Support Engineers, Supervisors and Regional Service Manager.
  • Should be familiar with basic Operation & Maintenance of Computer Server, Database Management and electrical/electronic equipments that communicate through GSM SIMs.
  • Managing the complete range of project activities right from conceptualization, resource mobilization and manpower deployment.
  • Execute the Breakdown Maintainence Complying through his Service team within 48 Hours.
  • Plan Control and follow up for the Maintainence of various sites that have Weather Stations Installed.
  • Preparing and maintain a Schedule of Repair Reports with Complete check on the History of earlier Maintainence activity for the Project.
  • Regular progress meeting with the customer.
  • Managing the cost and revenues in accordance with budget and contract respectively
  • Maintain the Server Application up and running for receipt of Data at the Server from all the 1200 Weather Station.
  • Maintaining Customer Relationship.
  • Maintaining Complete Customer care post implementation of Weather Station during Warranty period for support.
  • The Project Head would report to the Head Office Bangalore.

Confirm design fit-ups, interferences, clearances, manufacturability, and installability, using 3D modeling/drafting tools. Provide input to engineering with respect to design integrity, drafting standards, cost-effective changes, etc. Perform calculations and/or data summaries to support design process.

Project engineers - Configuration Information Management System (Job Code: CIMS)
Responsibility is to develop software for planning, developing, and implementing EPC Configuration Information Management System (CIMS), and interfaces with project-specific site information management systems. Should be able to lead or work on specific project work packages and tasks related to the development of work processes and software solutions. This include managing work packages and tasks associated with defining CIMS design and configuration management content (documents, drawings, and data), and defining and developing associated processes for populating, managing, and using this content. This position will also be responsible for facilitating work with various information sources and users.
Experience in performing information management and database system design and development with emphasis in analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance; proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Access, Oracle, XML and Database SQL. Working experience with Intergraph PDS and its modules, Smart Plant Foundation and SAP Crystal Reports, WEB-Based interface development and object-oriented relational design and software development (C# and VB.Net) is needed. Previous experience in project managing software development, database and GUI development, 6-sigma and LEAN process experience and PMP certification is preferred.

Supply Chain support engineers (Job Code: SCS)
With strong exposure in sourcing from Indian & International market for Power Plant EPC companies and assist with technical evaluations, technical inputs to RFQ process, technical bid evaluations, interpretation of the specification requirements, review of design and manufacturing drawings, review of installation and maintenance requirements and manufacturing oversight. These engineers should be experienced with the manufacturers and expertise in sourcing of Mechanical equipment (pumps, valves, heat exchangers, vessels, tanks, HVAC components) and Electrical equipment (power distribution equipment, transformers, switchgear/MCC, panels etc.) is required. Additionally they should have the knowledge of ASME, ANSI, IEEE, IEC and Indian design standards.
