·         Strong Core Java fundamentals(Including Collections, Exceptions, Concept of Interfaces abstract classes, Access specifies, Constructors, JDBC, Threading etc) ·         Good practical knowledge on Core Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Webservices ·         Design: Good exposure to Design patterns ·         Good practical exposure to EJBs ·         Working knowledge on at least one standard data base
