Structural Analysis Engineers - Ansys/Hypermesh/Nastran/
Skills Required: 2 to 8 years experience in structural analysis of aerospace / automotive components/ Bearing compartments/ Gear drives using 2D/3D FE modeling and Analysis tools • Candidates should be conversant with one or more areas of the following structural analyses: static, dynamics, non-linear involving contacts, large deformations and plasticity • Hands-on experience in pre/post processing automation using programming languages like APDL, PCL and HMML would be an advantage • Candidates should be good at interpreting FEA results to aid design decisions • Candidates with 4 to 8 years experience would be considered for leadership positions • They should have experience in leading teams and managing all aspects of project management.

Rail Signalling - Design Engineers (Job Code: RLY DE)
Skills Required: 3-10 years experience• Should have an understanding of signaling & interlocking principles • DEs will be responsible for applying the signaling principles for producing the application design engineering for new signaling scheme or an alteration to existing signaling system involving - signaling scheme plans, control tables, SSI/Computer based interlocking data preparation or application logic design, location cases & wayside (outdoor) signaling circuits using Micro station wayside (outdoor) signaling circuits, Relay based interlocking circuits and or processor based interlocking logic

Rail Signalling - Principle Design Engineers (Job Code: RLY PDE)
Skills Required: 10-20 years experience • Should possess sound knowledge of signaling & interlocking principles • PDEs will be responsible for preparing and finalizing the signaling principles and producing application design engineering for new signaling scheme or an alteration to existing signaling system involving - Signalling Scheme plans, control tables, conceptual circuit design, SSI/Computer based interlocking data preparation or application logic design, location cases • Knowledge on SSI data preparation or application logic of processor based interlocking and understanding of the modern concept of signaling like ATC, ATP, ATO & ATS would be an added advantage.
Note: Retired employees would be considered as consultants.

Product Design Engineers (Job Code: PDE)
Skills Required: Overall 7 – 12 years of experience in product design with at least four years of experience in Automotive /Off-highway equipment/ Commercial vehicle design, leading a team for product design and new product development • Candidates should have hands on experience in 3D design using tools like ProE, Ideas, Inventor etc., and conversant with sheet metal design techniques and production processes • Candidates should be good in interpreting the requirements, making design calculations and aid the team in taking design decisions • Should possess excellent communication skills. Experience of working abroad and exposure to global engineering environment would be an advantage • Candidates with 9-12 years of experience would be considering for project management roles • They should have exposure to the design lifecycle of a product along with experience in leading teams and managing all the aspects of project management.
