We have opening in our company for Recruiters & BDM for US Staffing.
Location: Kothapet, HyderabadExperience: Need experts.
Description:
Ø Should have Minimum 2 yrs of Experience in US Staffing and recruitment industry.
Ø Would be responsible for IT recruitment process (Should have knowledge of various IT technologies and Technical terms)
Ø Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools and job boards (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Career Builder, Hot Jobs, etc).
Ø Understanding the Client Requirements thoroughly
Ø Sourcing through techniques such as Internet research, networking third party vendors.
Ø Preliminary interviewing and negotiations with identified candidates.
Ø Should have good negotiation skills: Handling emails, arranging interviews, follow-ups etc.
Ø Ability to handle urgent requirements within shortest response time.
Ø Ability to work aggressively in a high energy / high pressure environment.
Ø Good communication and Interpersonal skills
