This is another good time for freshers to prove there talent. Here are the details.
Apps Associates will be hiring freshers for the new training batch in Feb 2010 ! Look around !....you could have a friend, acquaintance, or neighbor who is perfect for a career in Apps Associates!!
 
Qualification:   BE / BTech / MCA / MSc (CS) for the technical stream. Applicants should have a good academic record of 65% or higher throughout. Candidates passed out in 2009 only will be considered.
 
Graduates with MBA for the functional stream. Applicants should have a good academic record of 65% or higher throughout. Candidates with good understanding of business processes and domain experience of minimum 1 yr  in the relevant areas of Finance / Manufacturing / Distribution / Customer Relationship / Shop floor / Production will be preferred.
 
Essential skills:  
Candidates with analytical bent of mind and willing to work hard and excel,
should be quick learners and should possess ability to grasp,
Strong oral/written communication, interpersonal and organization skills,
Ability to work with team and through others to achieve desired results.
 
Screening process: Aptitude test, Group Discussion, Technical and HR interview. Selection will be purely based on merit. Please note referral bonus not applicable for this position.
