- Not Mandatory to have Recruitment or Training expertise.
- Should be preferably form a PCMM 3 or a PCMM 5 assessed company.
Key Responsibilities: § Will be independently responsible for managing and supervising the Human Resources processes (except Training and Recruitment) to achieve goals within available resources § Maintain a Human Resources System that meets information needs of the employees and stake holders § Coordinates HR activities with other departments § Knowledge of IT business and trends in IT industry Qualification / Requirement: - Full time PG from XLRI / TISS / MSW or any other good reputed institutes
