Dear All,
Every year HR team goes for campus recruitment to get fresh talents to the company. The HR team shortlists the colleges, make the selection procedure, select the candidate and use to work independently taking it as core HR responsibility. Now we give opportunity to each Wepian to work as team to get right candidates to the company and contribute towards company’s employee strength and helping the HR team.
This year we have planned to go for off campus recruitment where we give prospect to those people who have seen you working in WeP and wanted to be part of WeP and could not get right break to get into the company. So we have planned to get fresh talent from our employees to support the recruitment team, where you can refer your friends, relatives and people who are in need of job.
The referred candidate would undergo WeP selection procedure and conditioning camp to become true Wepian.
Candidate should clear the selection procedure of WeP then he would get into conditioning camp for 3 - 4 months under supervision and guidance of qualified mentors. And candidate who passes evaluation and assessment process of conditioning camp would be placed in WeP.
Who can apply?
Fresher passed out from college from year 2007. Can be from any stream ITI, Diploma, Graduate, Engineering, , post graduates. Any person who has lost job due to recession and looking for job.
How he/she can apply?
How the interview would happen?
Depending on the volume of the resume from each location (Preferably South) the management will decide to travel to the location or call the candidate to nearest location.
Will company take care of Conveyance/stay if candidate travels from his home location?
NO, it is open invitation to all candidates so they have to travel on their own cost.
What if the candidate is not through the conditioning camp process?
The candidate who would not qualify will not be inducted in wep.
What would be the CTC offered to the candidate?
The candidate under conditioning camp would be paid a stipend of based on his/her qualification. Once he/she is through conditioning camp and placed in respective opening in WeP the candidate would be paid salary as per the company standards.
What will be the job profile and job location of the candidate?
The candidate under conditioning camp would experience all kind of job profile. The Profile and Job location can be anything and anywhere.
