- Strong functional knowledge of one or more of the following domains – Billing, Customer Care, Order Management, Interface Systems etc.
- Past experience in the various phases of SDLC lifecycle, preferably in BSS area e.g. architecture, design, development, testing
- Excellent knowhow in the business processes of the Telecom industry
