Description of Role
The Taleo System Administrator will maintain and enhance the system. This position will function as the first line of in-house support for Taleo users including recruiters, hiring managers and applicants by addressing business process and utilization questions. The incumbent will be a key participant in conceptualizing system related process changes, and will be the primary owner of talent acquisition metrics and reporting. This individual may also support metrics and reporting for other HR Shared Services applications including but not limited to, SAP, HireRight, RecruitPoint and Softscape.


Objectives of Role
Key Responsibilities:
1.      Gather data elements for Taleo configuration need.
2.      Support Recruiter WebTop users throughout the implementation and post Go Live.
3.      Key point of contact for Technical Support.
4.      Key point of contact for Staffing WebTop (SWT) / Manager WebTop (MWT) users and support UCB Candidates.
5.      Manage day-to-day Administrator WebTop (AWT) functionality of the Taleo Application. Data entry/maintenance of Administrator WebTop includes:
            a.       Creation and maintenance of OLF Foundation Data
            b.       User Management
            c.       Correspondence Manager
            d.       Creation and Maintenance of Taleo & Client User Defined Fields
            e.       Job Board and Agency Management, Source List Configuration
            f.        All other AWT Configuration Settings


Core Competencies
Aptitudes (Functional & Technical skills)
*  Broad knowledge of HR functions and processes; knowledge of recruitment and compensation practices a plus
*  Strong organization and communication skills
*  Strong process management, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
*  3-5 years experience working as technical point of contact for Taleo applicant tracking system
*  Experience interacting with integration teams, specifically Taleo Client Connect
*  Candidate would ideally possess implementation experience
*  Report writing/publishing (Business Objects preferred)
*  SAP and SAP integration experience a plus
*  Advanced skills with Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel and PowerPoint required; Visio preferred
*  Proven expertise in multiple service areas such as Application Administration/Management
*  Strong deductive reasoning, analytical, and problem solving skills
*  Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with various groups within the organization
*  Extensive understanding of System(s) and their hardware and operating environments
*  Understanding of various operating systems and software packages as required for supporting products
*  Understanding of application/usage issues and processes
*  Basic understanding of the Business Integration Methodology and good understanding of Service Management Framework

Requirements/Expectations
*  Bachelors degree preferred in computer science, engineering, business, related field, or equivalent experience
*  Ability to express complex technical concepts, verbally and in writing is critical
*  Ability to interface with internal clients and external vendors essential

Experience
*  2+ Years of experience in areas like: Taleo System Administration [Taleo Certified System Administrator preferred]
